Great service and good food! My friend and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon! Yes, the price is high, but the experience is definitely worth it. Take lots of pictures!

I booked a reservation for 11pm for dinner, was not told that the kitchen closed at 10:30pm. Upon arrival, I was told we could put in for last call but the upstairs Skylounge was still open, we went upstairs only for them to tell us that they were closed. We went back to the W Living Room asking if we could put in for last call, they said it was drinks only and food closed at 10:30pm. When originally, they said we could put in last call 2 mins before we went up to check the Skylounge. Very disappointing, wasted my time, staff was misinformed, I paid for parking for no reason. I will not be returning.

I went to the Living Room for the Guerlain perfume event. The lady serving me was amazing, I cannot remember her name but she was absolutely lovely. She explained about the event really well and made great recommendations. Thank you!

We had high tea at W Living Room. It was a unique experience with great service and delicious food. The ambiance is upbeat and fun. There were many choices of tea, and the Prosecco elevated the experience. Highly recommend

We had a great time (3 women) celebrating a milestone birthday here. George, our waiter, had already set up a table for our high tea. He was delightful and patient with our many questions and most attentive. The presentation is amazing and food was tasty. Only thought is it would have been nice to be met by a host as our waiter was busy serving others. Not my first time there for tea and probably not my last. I love sharing the experience with friends.

Did Scent and sniff experience at 9pm and the W Living Room had about 9 people inside. Very quiet. The experience overall was underwhelming, the scents and drinks were nice but we were expecting a bit more to it.

We were majorly overcharged by the Indian waiter. He brought champagne and charged us for two even though I asked for one.
