                                              When I arrived I was told that my booking for brunch was not valid because I booked on open table and not design my night. This was frustrating given that we could not have the brunch menu as they said they only do pre orders. However, we were offered free round of drinks and the staff were apologetic. Food and cocktails were delicious!

                                              We were greeted nicely, the staff were nice too. They food and drinks were really tasty and they gave us roasted almonds before we got our food The music was great a little bit loud but not too bad. Great place for pictures, there’s also a photo booth too Toilets well maintained Views outside our seating was nice. Overall nice place in Leicester square

                                              Generally very average all round. Worth checking the menu before going as very standard ‘pub fare’. Couldn’t fault the service, the waitresses were great. But generally very basic food menu - I ordered a Caesar salad and orange juice and water which came to £34.00.

                                              Place is really nice but the service was terrible everything took so long no one come to us for drinks or to get our food order people where just standing around iv been to the w hotel before and it’s never been this bad before
