Enjoy creatively prepared American fare at Von's 1000Spirits Gusto Bistro. This charming spot features various flags draped across the ceiling and an open kitchen where patrons can watch the chefs at work. Owner Merrisa Firnstahl-Claridge and Executive Chef Jason Amador delight in offering delicious food with friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere. Patrons can choose from entrées like salmon cakes with pickled vegetables, homemade meatballs with pasta or a hoisin-glazed prime rib burger at Von's 1000Spirits Gusto Bistro. Sourdough pizza with a choice of toppings, salads, hearty sandwiches and vegetarian dishes also make for fulfilling meals. Von's 1000Spirits Gusto Bistro is featured in publications such as The Seattle Times and The Stranger. It has happy hour with a sizable bar that serves cocktails as well as housemade vodka, gin and tequila. This bistro hosts private events for parties as well.

Von’s is so great and they really know how to treat their customers well! The salmon pasta and the spiced fig, prosciutto, and arugula pizza are our absolute favorites!

This was our first night in Seattle, and we have no idea how any other meal will top the one we just experienced! Our amazing waiter, Chris R., recommended two dishes to us, which were totally outstanding: the Bolognese pasta and the Spicy Rigs!! Perfect perfection! I recommend for both! And if you don't try the apple strudel, you're out of your mind! Thank you for an amazing meal! And thank you for the best service in town, Chris R.!!

We stopped at Avon’s for a quick dinner before an event at Benaroya. We were seated promptly, had great service and our food was perfect and reasonably priced.

We had Chris r, as our waiter, and he was amazing and helpful. I really enjoyed our experience!! He went up above and brought out ice cream for my birthday and made it feel special!

Our waitress was so sweet and she told us about the chowder they make and it is so unique with pork belly and I can say that chowder was AMAZING! Drinks were great and LOVED the atmosphere. Great for a date night or if you’re visiting from out of town and want to eat somewhere nice (and filling) but not too fancy that you have to dress up a ton

Tons of tables open around lunch time throughout the restaurant, yet they squish all lunch parties into a cramped space towards the front end. People like space.
