Enjoy creatively prepared American fare at Von's 1000Spirits Gusto Bistro. This charming spot features various flags draped across the ceiling and an open kitchen where patrons can watch the chefs at work. Owner Merrisa Firnstahl-Claridge and Executive Chef Jason Amador delight in offering delicious food with friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere. Patrons can choose from entrées like salmon cakes with pickled vegetables, homemade meatballs with pasta or a hoisin-glazed prime rib burger at Von's 1000Spirits Gusto Bistro. Sourdough pizza with a choice of toppings, salads, hearty sandwiches and vegetarian dishes also make for fulfilling meals. Von's 1000Spirits Gusto Bistro is featured in publications such as The Seattle Times and The Stranger. It has happy hour with a sizable bar that serves cocktails as well as housemade vodka, gin and tequila. This bistro hosts private events for parties as well.

This was our 1st visit at this location. We’ve previously been to Woodinville. Food was fantastic, service good and ambiance lively.

Always a great meal and agreat service at Von's! I had the Big Daddy BLTE and my colleagues had the salmon salad. We all enjoyed our dishes. I'll definitely be back!

Food was exceptional, we had lunch. Server was very friendly and funny. Very energetic means it’s VERY noisy. Fun atmosphere but you have to talk loudly to be heard across the table. The food is worth it however. We will go back off season. The 1000 liquors on the walls is amazing. The sourdough pasta is really good.

Rigatoni Bolognese was fantastic. Everything else, including the cocktails that are hyped there, was forgettable.

Super great food and drinks! We tried two pastas, wings, chips and guacamole and smash burger. All were phenomenal. You won’t be disappointed!
