Volta is a neighbourhood restaurant and bar located at the heart of Burton Road in West Didsbury. We serve a menu of small plates inspired by our international travels. You can eat & drink on our cosy terrace to the front or enjoy the chic decor and vintage bistro style ambience inside.

Please note that bookings for Sunday are for our delicious Small Plates menu!

Our outside covered terrace offers heaters and a covered canopy. Hosting the full range of drinks and small plates.

Had volta experience.... whipped feta and Mozzarella thing really good. Hispi cabbage with black garlic really tasty. Considering its small plates they were pretty big and got a bit much. Potatoes were really nice but full bowl of them. Wasnt really that blown away by any of the other dishes. Cost us best part of £90 for the volta experience and bottle of draft House red? Do recommend for something different but wouldn't go back again

Lovely restaurant with great vibes and excellent service. We had six dishes between two and found that to be about right for us.

Fantastic food as always, that aubergine miso dip was amazing. Great drinks options including good non alcoholic cocktails. The staff were lovely even when it was really busy!
