A favorite of ours when in Louisville. One must visit! The staff is very accommodating-something of a lost art in today’s world. Taylor, our server, was friendly and professional. The food is very good!

Service is amazing!...The owner/GM, Jonathan is amazing at making all of the restaurant's guests feel welcome by giving them his personal attention....Of course, it also helps that the food is always consistently excellent!

Wow! What a meal, with service and ambiance to match. Thank you Gavin for your recommendations and guidance on the decision between the duck and the veal. That duck was amazing! Bravo Volare for making it all come together magnificently and what appeared to be effortlessly. Thank you for helping dinner feel magical and romantic for my wife and me. We’ll be back, if ever in Louisville again!!

We had our annual anniversary dinner and it couldn’t have been better. The food was excellent and we had a wonderful night start to finish.

Volare is my favorite restaurant in Louisville. Food was as delicious as always and Taylor provided stellar and charming service.

Gary is the man! (Taylor is our favorite too, but her section was full last night) We always order the rotollini di melanzane for our starter. Delicious! My wife ordered the capellini di Sorrento and I let Gary choose an entree for me. He put together an off the menu item (bone on veal stuffed with prosciutto and provolone) and paired it with pappaedelle Alfredo as he heard me mention it earlier in our conversation. The taste of the food is always wonderful! I was so impressed with Gary and how he read our minds. Surprised us with a gelato for dessert. This has become our favorite place in town as the service and the food are second to none. Well done!

Volare has an elegant warm vibe. I especially like that that they play old classic pop hits, like Frank Sinatra. It gives the place a romantic feel if you are on a date. I ordered the Salmon which was very good. My husband got the veal and he said it was excellent. That's a real thumbs up on the veal, considering that we have ordered it many times, in Chicago where we are from. I also loved the Mint Julip. This place has a good wine selection and really good cocktails. If you are from Louisville or visiting from where ever, I would say that you should definitely come to this restaurant.
