We were a party of seven and everybody was extremely happy with their meal and the service. I highly recommend this restaurant. I am incredibly happy that we have an amazing Italian restaurant so close to where I live now. I am from up north where the Italians know how to cook in northern New Jersey. This place is one of the few places around here that really has it down. Thank you everyone for making the dinner such a great experience.

We love Vivace’ and have had some great meals . Yesterday we were celebrating two birthdays and I had called ahead to make sure they offer non alcoholic beer since one of our guests can’t have alcohol. The woman on the phone said they did indeed carry one type . When we got there , and went to order it at the bar , they said they did not have N.A. beer . When we were seated at our table , (Party of 6) the owner came by and asked us how everything was going . We told her about the beer situation and she apologized amd instead of doing nothing, she said she would make a beer run to go and get some . Mind you , she was pregnant and had her small child with her . We were so impressed that she left and went and got the N.A. beer so our friend could also feel like he was celebrating with us . Owning a small business is not easy . Our friends who had never been to the restaurant before said , by going the extra mile they would definitely be back and tell their friends about it . The food was outstanding but the service was over and beyond. Thank you !

Food is great, first time there, they put us in the wine room, which was nice although it was very warm. We asked our server about that and she said it’s always warm in here. I can bring you some ice for your water. Later on when she came back, we let her know that it was still very warm in there and her response was there’s nothing I can do about it. Thought that was a strange response. Overall, the food was really good and we had a great time.

Vivace truly is a hidden gem! The food tasted homemade and the ingredients were fresh. Best alfredo pasta I have tasted in the last decade. Really remarkable how a restaurant in Plantation can have such authentic preparation, welcoming ambiance and truly transport you to a taste of Italy. When you go, ask for Marissa (you can thank me later ;D)

My expectations were high for a restaurant with an executive chef who has experience in a 3 star Michelin restaurant in Italy.

We went on a rainy Wednesday evening Jan 22nd . The ambiance is very nice. The service was good. We ordered the melon with prosciutto and fig with burrata. The prosciutto was a bit fatty and kind of chewy but we worked around that and enjoyed it despite that. We ordered the lasagne and Orecchiette with sausage and rapini . The lasagne is a large serving the sauce was good and it was cheesy. The orecchiette was nice but a bit spicy. We have to say 5 o'clock at dinner isn't the time for staff to take social media photos they had a huge round 24" bright 6 foot light in our eyes that was facing our booth. It ruined our dinner experience. That was so irritating. The kids maybe 4 of them who were making the social media posts were so loud while taking the photos, super loud it was super irritating much less a round photo light right in our eyes we were in the booth right behind where the the kids were taking the photos, all of this was going on right in the Main Dining Room. . This was so inappropriate. They were laughing and carrying on as though there were no diners in the restaurant. This was not a great way to enjoy a bottle of wine and dinner. That has to change. The music started out as van Morrison then went to country music. Where does country music even come in at an Italian restaurant? I'd imagine The owners weren't there because when we asked why country music, to the waitstaff one answered and said the owners wouldn't like knowing this is what's playing. So something needs to change from the kids using a massive light in diners faces to how loud they were while taking the photos right in the main dining room, all the while ignoring the fact diners were trying to enjoy a good meal and wine. Much less playing loud very loud country music. Those things must be fixed by the owners we went Wednesday at 5 and that was unexpected. I'd have given a better rating if this behavior didn't seem normal but it seemed very normal to them.
