I went on Sunday with my sister that came in from Toronto before the Ringo Starr show. Our waiter was very kind but our service was extremely slow. We had reservations and in the almost 2 hours that we were there we did not even get our entree we got our appetizer and pasta. To be fair the pasta was good. It was extremely overpriced. Because we could not make the show and time we asked for the blue cheese and crusted filet with shrimp that cost $86 plus tax and tip so over $100 to go. When I got home it wasn't blue cheese and crusted there was no shrimp and I called the next day for somebody to call me back. Nobody did. Called again heard nothing. If they don't value their customers I don't think they should keep their customers especially at the store prevent prices I could have had the same meal for half the price just as good a quality food.I was extremely disappointed.

Service was great. Waitress was super friendly and accommodating. Prices really increased since our past visit but could be inflation? Food was good, nothing outstanding but I’m Italian and from Toronto and Vaughan Ontario have been to a lot of authentic Italian eateries so The comparisons may not be fair, I am not sure. We were a group of 6 and some were very pleased with their meal and a couple not, thinking that the pasta and focaccia were made in advance and reheated. I’m not sure of that. Over all I would say experience was fine.

Great experience, Rocco was amazing! Great atmosphere and decor. Friendly staff and food was quick as we were in a time crunch!

I had fettuccine Alfredo with wild mushrooms and chicken, while my husband had spaghetti with meatballs. Unfortunately bread and salad are not included with your meal. Don’t get me wrong, the wine, food and service was great, but come on. This is a restaurant in a mall.

Since it wasn't listed as such, I didn't expect the ravioli to be homemade. I did, however, expect to get fresh sauce rather than the kind that has that "fresh out of the jar" taste. We dropped about $130 for two meals that should have cost $60 at most. If I could do it again, I would have grabbed something from the regular food court.

The music was simply too loud.Pasta dishes prices are on the high end as there are no sides that come, not even bread. Our waitress, Olivia, was very efficient and friendly.
