She curates a tasting of wines from a certain region, accompanied by snacks, and spends time with a small group of guests to guide them through the tasting. Grace will find wines that are not readily available in the area and focuses on wine that is grown and made with respect to its terroir. The menu has been inspired by the character of the wines as well traditional Northern Italian fare. Paolo Cerruti, owner and importer of Beivuma Imports, will be in attendance to tell stories about the winemakers and give deeper insight to the wines themselves.
