Came here for an evening of relaxation and beautiful view. Was able to reserve a table and able to see the sunset. Gorgeous. Service was fantastic and the food delicious.

Victoria was the final leg of our 12-day vacation to Seattle, Vancouver and Victoria. While in Vancouver at breakfast one day, I talked with 2 ladies who were Victoria residents. They gave me some recommendations for restaurants to try. We went to 4 of them including Vista 18 on our final morning for breakfast. It was a wonderful choice for having a relaxing breakfast overlooking the beautiful city. The food was excellent, very reasonable in price and our waitress was wonderful. I had the Mount Baker Breakfast and my wife had the Traditional Benny which we both really enjoyed. I'd highly recommend Vista 18 for breakfast and I have to believe dinner would be equally as satisfying.

Drew was amazing! Service extraordinaire! Food - we had the sablefish. Luscious. And my husband loved the oysters. View... lovely. A home run!

This was a disappointing experience, compared with our last visit. Perhaps we arrived on a bad night, but there are too many negative comments that I could make. Firstly, the restaurant lacks ambiance, no background music, no table linen, not even a candle, just a Server having a bad night. Rushed service - excuse being that there was a party of 30 that we needed to beat to the food. We elected to have lamb chops, that were OK but not presented as requested, with more potato than enough, thus spoiling any presentation. On a plus note, the desserts were delicious. Would we go back, No! Maybe to the bar Lounge off the Lobby, that looked better. As 30 year residences of our fair city, we expected more, but received less.

The decor and view are very nice, even though it was a touch foggy. There are some good food options, although my first choice for burger was not available. We enjoyed the service

It was a nice place for a special birthday celebration. Three of us had the chef's special, which was surf and turf -- tasty but beef was tough and shrimp unseasoned. One had the steak and wasn't happy with the quality. As a group, we only ordered one dessert and while it looked beautiful, it didn't taste like much and was nothing like cheesecake (which is what the menu identified it as). Alcoholic drinks were very overpriced, especially wine by the glass. Bread for the table is extra. I might consider going again, but the cost is very elevated for the quality of the food. Maybe worth trying a happy hour moment.

Excellent and prompt service. Menus provided good selection at reasonable prices for higher end restaurants. The views are outstanding.

We had the buffet breakfast. Personally I think it’s the best deal cause we got $3 off from regular price ($29)per person as their hotel guests. Price includes drinks (coffee/tea/apple or orange juice.
