    This is one of our go-to restaurants but tonight was completely off. We waited 30 minutes to receive our drinks (not even water) - so we opted to forego appetizers and simply place our dinner orders. One of our guests ordered pasta and when it arrived, he asked for parm cheese. She never brought it. I did share with the server that tonight was definitely ‘off’ and she agreed saying their system was down and she had to manually enter every order. While this may have been true - she was definitely not pleasant nor accommodating and frankly, bringing us parm cheese before we packed our to-go containers didn’t require a manual entry. It will be a while before we return. Food is consistently great but the service was horrible.

    My wife and I visited this restaurant last year and it was our favorite. However, this time was a little different. The food took over an hour and a half to get to our table they forgot our appetizer (which they did the right thing and took it off the bill). The dinners were just ok. They had a special halibut with lobster risotto which my wife said the halibut was good but the risotto did not have any taste. My ribeye was decent but not as good as I've had elsewhere. Place is jam-packed maybe the success is hampering their ability to serve their clientele in a timely fashion. We still think it has one of the best outside patios to eat on though.

    It was a great night to be there. the place was packed! Almost every table was occupied. Had to walk a few hundred yards from overflow parking. But it was worth it. Got Mama's chips, nice salad and pasta dinner. wine and a peach martini and a chocolate mousse to top it off. The band Timmy Maia had 20 people dancing in the gaps. Warm , early fall evening, no wind at all. was a perfect night. The heaters helped too. Thanks Viron Rondo. Easily the place to be for a fun night out with the girls.

    I’ve been to Viron Rondo several times and it never disappoints. From the staff to the food and the total experience, everything was outstanding. It’s quickly becoming my favorite place

    Our server was not very friendly and didn’t seem like she really wanted to be there. We wanted to order appetizers and were told we couldn’t do so until we ordered our entrées. We wanted to take our time and we’re hungry and wanted to order something right away, but had to wait or drink order came wrong and then the past I’ve had a much better experience

    Beautiful place - service and food overall was good. Ribeye had more grizzle in it than would have expected for the price. Broccoli rabe could have used more garlic. Grecca salad and whipped ricotta were delicious.

    Outstanding food, service and options. Never had anything from this kitchen that wasn’t unique and ultra-fresh.
