Lounge will not accept OpenTable reservations. This is even when showing reservations being confirmed. Required to wait in queue to get into lounge. Unacceptable.

The representative at the entry podium said that the lounge no longer uses the Open Table booking system, therefore there was no record of my reservation. The lounge was packed but he was kind enough to fit us in. It is a very small lounge with not a lot of seating space. The ladies washroom only consisted of one stall. There was a family change room washroom. The food selection was very basic, the hot selection consisted of chicken strips plus two other containers which were empty and not yet refilled. There was a green salad, avocado dip, fruit skewers and some pastry dessert items. There was a small counter where you could order juices, sodas, beer and liquor. I only requested a juice. The lounge was basic, minimal but served its purpose of allowing us to freshen us and get a small snack. Only saw a tower with four sides for recharging electronics. Can't comment on whether there were more recharging plugs around the chairs.

I had a 0615 reservation and the lounge was not even open. I went back at 0630 and it was still not open. I have always had great service with excellent food every time I have visited this lounge, but please do not accept reservations when the lounge is not even open at the time of the reservation.

They didn’t let us in because “we stopped working with OpenTable a while ago”. Outrageous!

We arrived at lounge and were told we had NO reservation because they don’t work with OpenTable. Thanks for NOT notifying me

First time visit. Got to the airport early spent two and a half hours there. Not worth the price at all. Buffet food was blah. Overcrowded, kids running around yelling, Only one person waiting on people and the bathrooms were less than desirable. It was quieter at the gate and the admission cost would have gone a long way towards better food.

Well, I made a reservation on Open Table and they informed me they didn't take Open Table reservations. But they sat us anyway even though they were totally full. They sat us at a nice couch with table. It was totally worth the 45.00 per person. We had some cocktails, food and they gave us bottles if water. The service is excellent!!! I found out if you have certsin credit cards its free to get in. So I got one for our next visit. I totally reccomend to make a reservation for the VIP lounge. The T3 terminal is crowded and miserable. It is a nice ending to a vacation.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and had our reservation at hand. They acknowledged our note that it was our 10th anniversary. Nice touch. We were promptly seated and were able to order a refreshing Mimosa right away. As with most lounges, it was very crowded and we overheard them telling people without reservations that there was at least a 15 wait to be seated. Thank goodness for Open Table! The food was good and served nicely. I think my only complaint was that it was hot and stuffy and not enough toilets for the number of people served.

Excellent experience booking through OpenTable in advance. Overall this lounge has greatly improved since before COVID. Much calmer vibe, better food, drinks and service.
