Service staff needs to be more attentive. We sat at the bar and were ignored by one bartender who acted like we were bothering her. The other one was ok. When I asked the person who brought out our food about the fries that were supposed to come with my tacos she said she would check and she never came back at all.

I was excited to try a new restaurant with my friend before a show at the Aronoff Center, but unfortunately, I did not have a good dining experience. First, we walked into one of the loudest restaurant environments I have ever been in. (My voice still hurts from yelling at my friend across the table.) When we arrived we stood waiting at the hostess stand as all three people working it talked with their backs to us as a manager (I'm guessing) scolded them for something. When we were seated there seemed to be confusion around where our table was. Two dirty, crumpled menus were handed to us. It took several minutes for anyone to come to our table. Then it took several more minutes until we received water. I took a sip of the water and my rim was sticky and sweet with I have no idea what on it. A second person came by and asked if we needed to order. We let her know we had already ordered drinks and were waiting on them. I told her about the water issue. She - without looking 1% shocked - took the water to the bar and said she would take care of it and get me another right away. We never saw her again. Then our waitress came back to refill the waters and only then noticed I didn't have one. Then we ordered our meals. I asked about the butter options for my steak and there were just two options. I told her which one I wanted. Then when my steak came, it had the wrong butter. It was a horseradish-bleu cheese butter and when I let her know she left immediately to get me what I thought would be a new dish with the right butter. But it was just a pad of the correct butter. But by then, the very strong butter had flavored my entire steak. Then when we got our checks she gave us the wrong checks. There were only two of us at the table so that just seemed lazy. The food was good overall and my steak was cooked well. My friend seemed to enjoy her meal as well. Most of the people were nice, but the experience was poor for spending that much money.

Love the vibe! Great food and great service! Ashley and Grace (in training) were outstanding! Highly recommend for a date night, office party and/or happy hour gathering!

Came for brunch before a Bengals game. Great food, lots of tvs, were set up to show multiple games for the afternoon. Will definitely be back to watch sports.

Love to see new thriving businesses in our city! Great addition to the area. Drinks are expensive but common for the area. Would love to see if they incorporate happy hour prices or game day drink specials. Other than that, a great place to watch the game in a nice atmosphere.
