Table of 6 and we all enjoyed our meals and cocktails very much! Food was absolutely delicious! Staff very friendly. Provided quick service.. the inside is beautiful.

So amazing! Best food I’ve had in the south for the three years I’ve lived here. Worth the money, and we will absolutely be back! Holden was our server and he was perfect! Always there when we needed him, but not over the top. Beautiful setting, food, service. Thank you!

Had a lovely dinner with friends enjoying the ambience of this beautiful old house. Food and service were both great. I look forward to visiting again.

We booked for the day after Valentine’s not knowing there was a set limited menu until we got a voicemail from an unknown number. It said check Facebook or call back. We don’t have Facebook and the call came too late to make another reservation. For Hickory, we thought spending almost $300 for two was extremely overpriced. The atmosphere however was very nice, service was good and the food was also good. Be careful when booking on a “holiday” weekend.

This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Very inventive wait staff, the food as phenomenal, and one of the best old fashioneds I’ve had. Will definitely go back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vintage House Restaurant in Hickory, North Carolina, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the beef tournedos, and they were cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and just the way they should be. After our food arrived, we decided to order the escargot as an afterthought so everyone could try them. That turned out to be a great decision—rich, buttery, and served in an outstanding French-style sauce. The butternut squash and pumpkin ravioli was another standout. It was easily the best I’ve ever had—creamy, well-balanced, and packed with flavor. The ribeye was equally impressive. My nephew demolished the entire thing, which could have been three meals for me, but he loved every bite. Beyond the food, the ambience at Vintage House is warm, upscale, and inviting. The patio and views add to the experience, making it a great spot for a special evening. Parking was also easy, with plenty of spaces available. If you’re looking for a cozy, intimate setting, ask for one of their charming red booths—perfect for a date night or special occasion. The bar area is another highlight. It’s laid out in a classic, refined style that just makes you want to sit down and order a Negroni. I opted for a martini, and it was prepared exactly how a martini should be—shaken with vermouth, ice-cold, and served with three blue cheese-stuffed olives. Perfection. Our server, Kaitlyn, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She definitely earned her Benjamin for the effort! Wow, Pow, and Chow: • Wow: The sheer size of the ribeye—it was massive! • Pow: The chilly weather—nothing the restaurant could do about it! • Chow: The butternut squash ravioli—hands down, the best I’ve had. Overall, Vintage House is a top-notch dining experience with amazing food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great stop along my way to charlotte. Filet was perfect and delicious Caesar salad. Would go back.
