   Always a wonderful experience. I love that I can have dinner, buy wine, and all things Italian.

   Had reservations , restaurant on time . But once seated no one addressed us for 10-15 minutes . Pizza with the burrata was mediocre, Milanese chicken pretty good .

   Lovely lunch at Vino. The food and cocktails were fantastic. The Alps theme of the restaurant was really cool too!

   Loved the service and how they decorated. But the food was bland or not cooked enough. And no air conditioning Not worth the cost...

   I have some friends visiting Chicago for the first time and they were excited to come to Chicago’s Eataly. We had reservations for a table but when we got there a table wasn’t available. We were told we could get sat at the bar instead of a table after waiting 10 minutes so we said that was fine. We were sat at the skinniest table for our dinner with barely any room for our food and drinks. We didn’t realize that the bar was closing otherwise we would have waited for the table, but all of the staff working the bar side seemed upset we were there and it ruined the vibe of our dinner.

   We had reservations. One we got the and checked it the manager gave our table away to a walk in. He was unapologetic and blamed it on his staff when we were standing right there and heard what was going on. He was not very personable and is definitely in the wrong position. Not impressed

    Very good too noisy but well attended by server. Prices a little bit high
