This was the most disappointing meal and experience that I have ever had. My husband and I were in Orlando celebrating our 10th anniversary. The waiter didn't ask if we were celebrating anything, he was very short with us and hardly ever came to the table to check on us. The dinner was terrible. It was nothing like what was described and had no seasoning. The whole experience was sad to say the least. And to top it off, when the waiter finally came to the table to give us our check after we had been done for over 20 minutes, he informed us that a 20% tip I'd automatically added! He was not worth 20% and we didn't see anymore that told us about this. Needless to say, we will NOT be coming back.

Great place for a special birthday dinner. Excellent plates of fare, tasty appetizers & a nice dessert. Will frequent when in Orlando again.

I had a vendor intown for a trade show and recommended Vincenzo's as they had never been there before. I made a reservation for three. I have had dinner there twice before and liked it very much. After driving in to the parking lot, I was directed to the front of the restaurant where the valet parking attendant, Luis, warmly greeted me. As I was there early, so I sat at the bar and Francisco promptly greeted me and I ordered a glass of wine. We ordered drinks and dinner. My dinner, Chicken Marsala, was delicious. The only I had an issue with was that my dinner was not as hot as I would have liked it, but I did eat it as I was very hungry. One of the other dinners was sent back and remade as it was rather cold. He made such an issue about it that I decided never to go to dinner with him again. I ordered the Nutella Cheesecake which was delicious and a great ending to our meal. On my next visit, I will make it a point to ask our server to make sure that our food gets served at the correct temperature. Overall, I enjoyed our dining experience and will not let a bump in the road derail my opinion of Vincenzo's.

Jose was amazing. Very loud, lighting kept going up and down, floors super slippery. 20% added to all checks seems a bit much but due to it being a tourist area I can see why.

Absolutely fabulous meal to go with service. Everything was cooked fresh and tasted amazing. One of the best Italian meals we have ever had as a family

Business dinner at Vincenzo’s last week. We were worried it would be busy given that it’s Magical Dining but it was not too bad. We originally were looking at Magical Fining but did the regular menu instead. I had the Scallop mushroom Risotto and they did the Penne Verona. We shared the bruschetta, burrata and arancini appetizers and last the Nutella cheesecake. All were delicious and our waiter was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. With such a great experience, I will definitely come back to this location and share with others.

We ordered off the Magical Dining menu. Fried calamari and burrata were the apps, chicken marsala and salmon the mains. Tiramisu and chocolate cake were our desserts. Everything high quality, well prepared. Appetizers especially good.

Food and wine were delicious. Andre’s service was excellent. The menu was very authentic. A proper Italian. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
