I had a 6:15 reservation upon arriving they said we would have to wait 10 minutes (ok no problem) Then we see them setting up a table in the middle of the floor near where all the waiter pass and in close proximity to a door to the outside. Apparently they had a party going on in the second room and didn't have enough seating for regular customers (with reservations). Some kept opening the door and we would get a draft on our backs every time and was very uncomfortable to the point my 86 yr old mother had to move and I had to put my coat back on.. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me it would be a few minutes. Then someone locked that door and put a portable heater behind me which I couldn't feel and just said to me we locked the door. After our meal I told the waiter the manager never came and spoke to me. When the manager finally came he said he did speak to me (he told me he lock the door) that's not speaking to me that's telling me something. Needless to say there is more but I am out of space. I ate with my coat on the entire meal. I don't think I will be going back they should never have accepted my reservation if they didn't have room for my party of 3 instead of putting up a table where there shouldn't be one.

I had a reservation for 4 people and the doors were locked- place closed.… we will try to reschedule.

Our party of 8 enjoyed a wonderful New Years Eve dinner at Vincent’s. We all rated it 5 stars for all categories - Food quality, service, atmosphere.

It was our first time and we went on an off hour so it wouldn't be crowded. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We just didn't have enough room for dessert, but they had incredible options.

I have been to Vincent’s prior they renovated very nice however new menu prices High , no longer a value. The service was awful . Place was half empty we saw the waitress once , glad to yell down busboy for water. What was once a hidden gem is now just a poor choice. Sorry but I will not be returning

Our service was excellent, even though the place was at capacity. The food was delicious and served in a reasonable time. I never get disappointed eating in Vincent’s.

Vincent’s provided a total quality experience. Great food, service and ambiance. The menu selections showed a good mix of standard Italian dishes mixed in with some specials that were of high quality. The servers also paid attention to our special requests. Would definitely go back.

Food fresh and delicious!! We ordered the shrimp fra Diavlo, grilled salmon and Tomato mozzarella appetizer — all would highly recommend!
