    Love the place. Whenever it’s time to get together w my high school buds we choose Vincent’s. Consistently fantastic and reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.

    Excellent food with large portions - enough to take home leftovers. Outstanding service. Tables are very close together so you can hear others' conversations, and it was loud in the restaurant. As long as you know what to expect for the atmosphere, it's definitely worth a visit.

    We waited about 35 minutes after our reservation time. It was a warm beautiful evening to wait outside and they offered a lot of their sliced pizza to waiting customers. Saturdays are very chaotic here and it is to be expected. My wife and I sat at a booth not far from the dessert preparation stations. We noticed after a short period that it was quite warm in the restaurant. I will guess that it was 74-75 degrees. By the time we finished enjoying the delicious homemade fried mozzarella as an appetizer we were feeling quite warm. The waiter was sweating and he even dripped a couple of times (not on our table) but he was friendly and stopped by twice to make sure we were doing well. He allowed us to take some time between courses. Wonderful. Our dinners were delicious and I ordered a salmon dish and requested that it be cooked fully through and it was. Bottom line: it is going to be hectic here on a Saturday but if you love their food, they'll always deliver, even when it is very busy. We always bring some home after having an appetizer so we will enjoy it some more. Some customers put their name on the waiting list who did not make a reservation; I do not see how you could visit Vincent's Clam Bar on a Friday or Saturday evening without a reservation.

    No need for Rao or Carbone. This is a great red sauce place with large well valued portions that couldn’t be more delicious

    I actually ended up leaving due to the fact that I could not be seated properly. At first the booth I was given needed new cushions and was an aisle booth near the food station. When I asked for a table because I needed a chair due to hip surgery I was told I had to wait twenty minutes. There were plenty of tables available and I was not accommodated. I ended up leaving and will never return. It used to be a nicer place.

    Food and service is amazing and they have really great lunch specials! It may be a little much for those who don't like loud, dark places.
