Celebrate Thanksgiving at Villon. Our holiday offering will be available from 12:30 pm - 8:00 pm in Villon. Our Chefs have created a menu inspired by traditional Thanksgiving dishes while highlighting local ingredients. The four course prix-fixe menu is $150 per person, $55 for kids 12 & under, with optional wine pairings beginning at $65 per person (pricing excludes, gratuity, tax and SF mandate). The non-refundable $25 deposit made upon booking will be applied to the $150 at the end of your experience. Our menu will include vegetarian options, and we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. For more information please email info@villonsf.com thank you and we look forward to welcoming you!

The food is good. The service was also good however they never asked if we wanted anything else like a dessert or another drink etc. Prices were on the higher side but that’s to be expected. The dining area is small but all in all the ambience was very pleasant.

The huevos rancheros were fantastic. The service was terrific. We had a couple of issues that had nothing to do with the restaurant, and they went out of their way to help us. The restaurant is also only a block from the Orpheum Theatre, making it the perfect place to get a meal before or after. We will definitely be returning.

We are a group that has season tickets to the Best of Broadway and like to go to Villon when the show is at the Orpheum. The restaurant is lovely but we ALL wish they would change the menu occasionally or have specials. The choices are rather limited. Would it be possible to extend the breakfast time to noon? At least we would have more options.

We just had a quick lunch before we went to a Broadway play and my husband had the hamburger which he said was pretty much lukewarm and not very appealing. His french fries were delicious. I had the club sandwich and french fries and agreed about the french fries while my club sandwich was just okay. It was not anything unique or extremely flavorful. The staff was very pleasant and charming.

Been coming here for a few years when I'm in town. The menu is limited, but the food is good, service is excellent, location is perfect for my appt at UC Law SF. I'll be back next year.

Great food and even better service. Very posh decor and simple yet well done menu. We always get the tartare, club, and salad with chicken.

I was late for 11:30 lunch reservation before 1pm performance @ Golden Gate Theater. The very professional Waiter recommended the spring salad with added chicken for quick service. The salad was delicious with toasted hazelnuts bits of dried apricots added to greens. The chicken was roasted, tender, moist & seasoned well. My second time there to attend a theater matinee. Villon is located in the lovely, small, boutique Proper Hotel. Location is perfect for walking from Bart to either Orpheum or Golden Gate performances.

This restaurant is geographically nearby to the Orpheum theater, which is very convenient. Unfortunately the area in downtown is surrounded with garbage and people do open air drugs, which is not the fault of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is really nice. It’s decorated whimsically and it’s very inviting when there and I ordered the cheeseburger wanted it medium, but it came back rare. Also, the service from the kitchen was slow and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. So my recommendation is that the kitchen gets act together and this can become really a jewel in this area
