Villagio is one of our favorite restaurants in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area. We have dined there on many occasions and have never been disappointed. I love the Northern Italian cooking, especially the fresh pasta and polenta. Each person in our group had something different and each entree was fantastic.....One person had Carbonara, one person had the Ribeye, one person had Lamb, and one had Ravioli. Also, I have to mention the grilled calamari we had as an appetizer, because it was spectacular, and not often found in restaurants around our area. Our server was wonderful and attended to our table well but not to where she was hovering. The wine list was also very nice. Thank you, Villagio, for making a wonderful evening for our family!

Andrea the bartender made the evening fun! He e chose to sit in the bar and had a great experience. Best vodka sauce I have EVER had. Can’t wait to go back to pinehurst so I can eat here again.

Service was average, but nothing exceptional. Entree (veal) was unacceptable as it was gristly, fatty, and tough; not a good quality piece of meat.
