Just okay. Seating is incredibly tight/uncomfortable. Outside seating is on the sidewalk with ppl walking by you and looking into your plates. Duck was overcooked. The cost for an app, entree and 2 glasses of wine - over $100.

Best omelet I ever had. Sour dough toast was a nice change from the usually white/wheat/rye.

overall our experience was very pleasant and the food was way above level or expectations. Very friendly and overall great experience. The food had some care and love in it .all that matters!! Definately going back . Scrignolis

This was my second time at Village Vine and our second time being served by the marvelous Richie. Village Vine has easily made its way into our list of top local spots! Our first time we sat closer to the front and it was quieter, and this time we sat towards the back which was noisier. It did not take away from the great experience, but I would maybe ask to sit towards the front if I can next time. The service and food are always 10/10 and we can't wait to see other seasonal menus. Check this place out if you haven't!

First time and we really enjoyed ourselves. The appetizers were outstanding but surprisingly filling. We dined inside but will return to try outside dining. I would definitely recommend Village Vine!

We wanted to celebrate our one year anniversary at this restaurant because we ate there on our wedding day. We were curious about the new ownership but, we were not disappointed. The food and the service was wonderful. While I miss the Bronzino, the red snapper was a great substitute. Not to forget the desert. We had the Tres Leche and the chocolate cheese cake both of which were the best we have. We are true foodies so, this is an excellent review. We will be back!!!!

Stephanie and Renee were wonderful!!! Food was good. Atmosphere was great. But when the check came there was an additional $12 charge for my two Tito martinis because I had ordered them "up"!! If I had ordered "on the rocks...they probably would have charged me for ice. The manager insisted that I received more vodka because it was "up"!!! Ridiculous. First time. Last time. Other reviews have shown that they charge more than posted on their menu. Be careful!!! Or just don't go.

We were sat immediately, we placed an order for drinks and it took 20 minutes. The bartender came over to take our dinner order and couldn’t remember it so then he sent over another person for us to order again. After our apps arrived we placed another drink order and those drinks never arrived but they charged us for them. It took them 3 times to get our check correct. I have been there before and was so excited to go back but after this experience I’m never going back.

The quality and taste of the food is outstanding here. Best restaurant in Swarthmore for sure, but also beats most restaurants in Media. This food experience is creative with layers of incredible flavor.

While it is nice to have entertainment in a restaurant, it works in a large space with sufficient distance between the performer and those dining. Unfortunately, that is not the case at Village Vine. While the singer had a lovely voice it was impossible to dine and talk with those at your table. Fortunately, we were able to dine outdoors and enjoy the food and conversation. I would suggest if performances will continue that they be so low as to allow guests to talk.
