    We had a very odd experience. We showed up early to have a drink at the bar before dinner and we were turned away. This didn’t bother me much except the woman who we talked to was not friendly about it. When we returned at the time we had booked for our reservation, we were told that because it was Sunday, the only food available was as part of an ongoing wine dinner. Unfortunately, one person in our party doesn’t drink. I will say that our waitress was wonderful and those of us who drink did enjoy the wine. However, the food was uninspired. The first course was a bowl of white rice with two dime-sized (if that) pieces of meat on top. The second course was noodles with pork and vegetables. The third course was what can best be described as soupy tapioca pudding. Nothing tasted horrible, but everything was white, bland, and boring.

    Wonderful place for a family meal. The food was very good. The standouts are the General Taos’s Shrimp (WOW) and the strawberry shortcake. Both are EXCELLENT. Repeat EXCELLENT!!! The service was very good too. We’re coming back for another round of Shrimp and strawberry Shortcake.

    The entire experience was amazing. Our hostess took into consideration where we’d prefer to sit, instead of just plopping us somewhere. Water and menus were immediately dropped off. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. All staff was well trained, polite, and personable. The food was perfection! The tomato pie appetizer made me want to eat the entire pie! The fried chicken main reminded me of my mother’s homemade southern fried chicken, and the dessert was delicious. My husband had the deviled eggs as his app and raved about it. His crab quiche was “amazing” and he couldn’t get enough of the peach crumble! I love that the penny mimosas and bloody Mary’s are self serve. It gives you the option to customize your drink experience (and gauge your soberness 🤣). 10/10 best brunch this side of the mountain hands down.

    We ordered the tortilla baked salmon and the diver scallops. Food was exceptional and service was very good. We sat outside by choice, however there was no lighting on the table or the patio, so we used our phones to read the menu.

    We had a party of six, two people never have been there before , everyone was very satisfied with the total experience. Jeffrey took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others

    Went for the brunch – first course came out relatively quickly, then waited close to an hour for entrées. Some entrées were big while other portions were very small. The devil eggs specifically look like there were made a week ago and we’re all dried out. For what we paid, the experience was not a pleasant one. Beverages were self service and aside from telling us that the food was coming the waitress didn’t really do much as the food was run by other people. Not the best experience and what I would expect from this restaurant. Add $40 per person. I was very disappointed.
