We brought my daughter here for her birthday dinner. We expected to be able to order off the regular menu however, the restaurant only had their valentines limited menu available(when we made the reservation there was no indication of a limited menu and it was 2 days after Valentine's day). The prices were jacked up on the limited menu and there was nothing on the menu that anyone wanted. The cheapest thing was halibut for $42. It was very good however , we did not come to this restaurant for halibut. We came for Italian food. It was just a very disappointing dinner food wise.

I made a reservation for Sunday, February 16 as a surprise for our family of 4. I did not realize at the time that the restaurant would not have their usual menu and instead would have a limited selection for Valentine’s weekend. Upon being seated we were given menus and informed of this situation. We were disappointed but decided to look and see if they had any items we might enjoy. The menu was very seafood heavy and as we don’t all eat seafood, this limited the choices greatly. Our meals consisted of a steak and shrimp scampi which was excellent, the halibut which was also delicious, the house salad and strawberry salad. The salads were eaten as a main course due to a lack of other options. The negative: I found myself disappointed in our experience because it wasn’t what I’d had in mind. The lack of options, especially for pasta choices sans seafood, was frustrating. The positive: The food we ordered was perfectly cooked, fresh, and delicious. The portions were good for the price, also. Service was awkward and our server was not the most professional but he may have been very flustered due to several tables questioning the lack of menu options and one even decided to leave after their cocktails. Overall, a great restaurant and delicious meal. My hope is they’ll expand their menu options or have some flexibility in the future during special occasions.

Valentines menu seemed impressive but the Oso Bucco tasted very bland, as did the pasta dish my wife ordered. For the entree prices this was very underwhelming.

The dining room off the front door was loud and had a draft. Because of the bar in same room, lots of commotion. The Sea bass was excellent but presentation was different and not as pleasant as my previous order before.

We had Ish for a waiter. Wonderful man! He was attentive, polite, friendly, quick, and we loved him. Wonderful service!

This is our second visit to this restaurant. We both appreciated the atmosphere and found the food to be good, though not exceptional. We shared the escargots, my wife had clams and linguine, while I opted for the seafood pasta. Although we did not order anything exotic, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes. Our waiter, Ish, provided excellent service.

Villa Ravenna is nothing short of extraordinary—a true gem for anyone seeking a remarkable fine-dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and elegant ambiance that sets the tone for an unforgettable meal. The appetizers alone are worth the visit. The stuffed dates were a delightful explosion of flavors—sweet, savory, and perfectly balanced. The wild boar was equally impressive, cooked to perfection with a tender texture and rich, earthy taste that felt indulgent and unique. For the main course, the 21-day aged ribeye was a masterpiece. It was seared to perfection, with a robust, buttery flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that speaks to the chef’s expertise. The Chilean sea bass was equally outstanding—flaky, moist, and served with an exquisitely paired sauce that enhanced its delicate, fresh flavor.

Have dined here several times and it was always really good, reliable comfort food. No one at our table enjoyed their food. It was bland and under seasoned. The large pieces of garlic in the the various sauces weren’t sautéed out to impart flavor or depth to the any dish. Just watery, bland sauces that weren’t “tightened“. Topped with thick slices of bitey raw garlic throughout. Overall I describe it as just “Meh”. Very disappointing. ☹️
