This place was temporarily closed. Their website is fully operative but when we called and arrived, phone numbers didn’t work and it was closed.

Have been there many times since they opened. Noted a different staff this visit: maybe new owners? Somewhat disappointed this time. The IPA on tap has historically been ice cold but not today. It took three attempts to get our server to bring ice and water together in the same glass. First a half glass of tepid water. Then that was taken away and a glass of ice returned. Eventually the two were combined. Staff seem extremely inexperienced last night. Translation was required to order. Tapas were very good as they have been in the past. That is, when they finally arrived. We have ordered paella every time we have been there. It takes a while to prepare but has always been worth the wait. Typically a 5 star dish and the highlife of the meal. Not this time. Had the “sat under the warming bulbs look” and was definitely not the caliber we have enjoyed in the past. Time for dessert, we skipped the flan (usually a 10/10) to try something different. We ordered the brownie. When the server asked how we would like it we should have stipulated “baked, in an oven” because what arrived was akin to microwaved chocolate pudding with sliced almonds sprinkled on top. ☹️ We never think twice about driving an hour to a dining spot. Maybe we should have.

First time here, and what a pleasant surprise. Lovely warm evening provided the perfect setting. Music by Two of Us was great, and the staff could not be more attentive. And of course the tapas and not so ordinary paella were delicious. Had the opportunity to compliment owner Larry on the wonderful restaurant. We will definitely be back!
