   The entries were very very salty. We raised the concern and no satisfactory resolution offered. Realized this and concluded the process. We are owners at this resort and will not go there again.

   Ordered the meatball appetizer and although the meatballs tasted good they were cold. Service was so so. The waiter did thank us for our patience so I don’t know if he was new. The rigatoni bolognese was good as was the chicken parmigiana. It was just another Italian restaurant.

   The service and food was not great. The waiter was very slow, rearly checked on us. Food was ok, not great. At least the manager comp us deserts and took off our meals

   We got an appetizer we didn’t order, others didn’t get their appetizer, bills were all messed up as they did not take our loyalty rewards off our bills and had to redo them. Need to scan loyalty codes before doing bills! Thanks!

   The cheese stick appetizer was 3 small triangles for over $15 and was not cooked enough and barely warm. The cheese ravioli was good but was over $23 for 5 pieces and was barely warm as well. The bread was the best part….

   Great place. Using the on line app, great reservations. Walked in and were sat in a romantic outside area. Drinks were fantastic. The food, when it arrived, was off the chart. Fantastic Was informed they were 3 chefs down for the evening. Which caused the 1 plus delay in getting food. Wouldn't hold that against them as the food and drinks were that good.

   Food was good. The service made the experience frustrating. After ordering a bottle of wine before we got our dinners, the waiter didn’t bring us the bottle of wine until well after everyone finished our dinners. We told the waiter before he opened the bottle it’s too late and we don’t want the bottle, he said he will “take it off the bill”. Then when he gave us the bill he told us we have to use a credit card for the bill but he will accept cash for his tip. He never told us the tip was already included on the bill. Then when we got home we realized they charged us for the bottle of wine. After a few phone calls they eventually credited our card for the wine. Besides the poor service, and never checking on us, the waiter was deceitful and made experience frustrating.

    I hate to complain but we were the first ones in the restaurant and likely the 7th table to be served dinner. My mashed potatoes were stone cold, salmon was crispy hard. Everyone else enjoyed their meal tho
