Pasta was lovely, medium meat came raw; forgot to bring salad and was reminded to bring it at the last minute. Menu said servi charge was optional but was mandatory

A pleasant dinner but little to put it above the average to be expected in Hampstead. Service upstairs was very good but downstairs is noisy and less attentive.

Charming Hampstead location, proper Italian restaurant with nicely-prepared food, efficient service and a broad menu. On two levels with some outside seating on a first come first served basis. Always a good bet for lunch and quite lively in the evenings.

Always satisfied normally. However charging £26.40 for two minute portions of crab salad was unnaceptable, portion so small that when lifting the crab a bed of salad was exposed to provide an artificially increased appearance to the portion. If the kitchen is running out of crab assuming the normal portion is reasonable the item should not be served.

We received such a warm welcome and were treated so well. The food was abundant, genuine and fresh. Such a lovely evening. Exceptionally good value

Food was tasty and just what you expect from Italian. Very noisy with children screaming did spoil the evening at times

Great ambiance with live piano music and great view from the balcony upstairs. Service is the best I had in London so far with very professional and caring staff. Highly recommend the place
