    Was very disappointed. Not at all what is portrayed on IG account.  place was pretty much empty and server was rushing us for our orders. Drinks were brought wrong. Server had an attitude. Music and vibe was horrible. When I approached the manager to advise, he told me he would speak with a server. But I feel like maybe a drink or something should’ve been comped, especially since I was celebrating my birthday. Nor did he ever come by the table to make sure everything was OK after I spoke with him.

    Not sure what happened to this place used to be so perfect! Service was slow waited 50 minutes to put in our dinner order so we skipped the steak so we don’t wait another 40 minutes. We got carpaccio which had 0 taste. And ravioli which was good but no truffle. We got filet that was overly sweet and fries also very dry. Server was no where to be found most of the night. Will not return which is sad we used to love this place.

    I have dined there many times. It was always a great experience. But this experience couldn’t have been worse. I reserved outdoor seating they said cannot be guaranteed which is ridiculous for a special occasion. The service was horrible. They jacked up the cost of bottles. We ordered a glass of champagne. They lied saying it was a perriet jouet. But in fact it was mum. Complete disappointment

    Food and service were excellent. Loved the saxophone. Everything was good, but the the octopus was the highlight.

    My previous dining experience at Villa Azur had been excellent in 2018 and 2019. However, my return last night was disappointing, and I will never return. To begin, the wine list is exorbitantly overpriced in every category. The Montrachet White Burgundy at $390 a bottle tasted like an $80 bottle of California Chardonnay. The spaghetti carbonara had the texture and taste of egg noodles with glue, like cheese sauce, which I returned. The Chateaubriand for two came to the table cold, sliced thinly, and topped with cold Bernaise and Bordelaise Sauce, which had the same texture and taste as the spaghetti carbonara glue sauce. At 9:30 PM on a Saturday in Miami Beach, the restaurant had only a few tables occupied at the end of the holiday weekend. It is clearly not its former self and I would suggest diners find an alternative.

    Worst experience I've ever had on New Year's. Don't bother coming here, pure fraud. I was forced to pay $800 for a reservation of two - yet was not given even the slightest opportunity to enjoy myself. The restaurant was extremely understaffed, overpriced, and we only saw the server 3 times in a span of 3 hours. I was not given food for 2+ hours, now a drink for 1 hour. Each time the waitress came to us, there was a 45min / 1 hour gap. We sat with nothing at for table for an hour. I would give this restaurant a negative 10 star if I could. Terrible terrible. Owner did not want to refund us.
