Food was good but didn't come around often. Had to ask for drink refills many times. It was very hot in restaurant. Ran out of flaun. Pricing was higher and come around lot less than they use too

We usually love this place. If you make a reservation, you are promptly seated. But this time around they were extremely crowded. They had a lot of tables in order to accommodate as many consumers as possible, which made it difficult to get to our table…we had limited space and we were sat near the grills, which made it really hot 🥵. The waitress was very attentive and there were plenty of choices of protein, but it seemed that each choice was medium rare to rare 😞 I like my meat medium and my husband medium well. I think they were so rushed to get protein to every table that they didn’t allow for the meat to cook any longer. I’m sorry, but I don’t like my cow still mooing lol 😂 therefore we didn’t consume like we normally do because there weren’t many options available to our liking. We reside in Fort Worth , so I’m not sure if we will be making the drive anytime soon, if our experience is going to be as poor as it was this past Saturday.

Review: Underwhelming Visit. I recently visited Vila Brazil, hoping for an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience. Unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. I have been there many times, satisfied with the food choice and value. Buffet Choices: One of the biggest disappointments was the buffet. Many of the choices were not stocked and often empty or needed refreshing. It was frustrating to see empty trays where delicious sides and salads should have been. No Cheese Bread: A staple of Brazilian steakhouses, the cheese bread was nowhere to be found. They finally stocked the tray after 20 minutes, which was a significant letdown as it was one of the highlights of the meal. Limited Meat Choices: The variety of meats was quite limited. Additionally, the available meats were not cooked to the requested preferences. I asked multiple times, and they just said ok. Service Issues: The service was another major issue. The servers seemed to disappear, and no one came by any table for 10 minutes, making it difficult to get refills or request different cuts of meat. This lack of attentiveness detracted from the overall experience.

The service was great, the food amazing, the variety it’s amazing and the buffet it’s very nice, we went for my stepdad birthday, and was a very grateful experience, they are very nice people. We enjoyed a lot.
