The experience was not like what we’ve expected before , the food nor the service was good . The manger was really helpful in making us feel more welcomed by discounting our tabs but very dissatisfied.

It was my second visit to Vidorra; the first time for drinks and appetizers, the second for drinks and dinner. The ambience was fantastic, we sat on the patio (the music was a little too loud to talk, that's the only critique at all). The margaritas were delicious and the food was all sublime and was quality and very tasty, and the presentation was also nice. Servers were very attentive but also respectful and non-intrusive, a hard thing to usually achieve elsewhere, but they did with great ease and friendliness. I love the vibe of this place—great decor— and will return again and again!

The vibe here is awesome however this is the third time I’ve come and the food needs more seasoning and the service is very slow/inattentive

Great drinks & food as always. Barely missed happy hour, but everything is very reasonable. Server was very sweet and attentive. Definitely coming back for a happy hour soon.

I booked this reservation like I always do thru open table for my neighbors 47th bday dinner. We sat and watched a table in front of us get treated with the best of service .While we didn't get plastic ware until we finally got our food that wasn't right and to compensate at first they sent over a bottle of champagne, free shots, then did away with our tab meaning we didn't have to pay and they realized what poor service we received. All I wanted was the best experience for my neighbor because she just lost her son and grandson. Only one of her 2 daughters could be there. Maybe I'll try the one in Grand Prairie or Addison next time because the location downtown failed the assignment and I feel bad because I'm the one booked this for her.

Wow! We loved every bite from the queso,to our entrees and we definitely loved the margaritas. The patio is fun and festive feeling. Great place. Must try the queso and the avocado tacos!
