We are happy to host events in our restaurant during normal business as well as off hours. The restaurant holds 48 people comfortably and our outdoor dining area will hold 50 people as well. We are happy to provide a great custom family-style meal for your event or your guests can order a la carte from our menu.<br /><br />

Our party of 4 visited Vidalia the evening of December 28, 2024. We were promptly seated and our wine bottles were opened. A hot basket of garlic bread was promptly brought out to our table. Our waiter was Joe, who was extremely attentive and helpful with the regular menu and specials for the evening. Everyone's entrees were outstanding, which honestly was expected as we have dined at Vidalia many times in the past. Vidalia has great food and outstanding service. The fact that its BYOB makes it even better. We were so full after dinner we had not room for dessert. Next time for sure. In summary, we had a wonderful time at Vidalia last evening and look forward to our next visit.

While the food and the service was good, it is very cramped inside the main restaurant. There are far too many tables which makes it difficult to move around and you have no privacy while you are eating. When we arrived at the restaurant at 6:15, we saw a table for two that had a little more room. We asked the hostess if we could sit there, but she said it was being held for a couple with a 7:15 reservation. Low and behold, 5 minutes after we arrived, a couple sat at that table. They do have an outside enclosed heated seating area, which would have been much better. I understand that more tables means more business, but it comes at the cost of a less comfortable dining experience.

The service was impeccable. Our server, Emma, was very pleasant and attentive! She made some very good recommendations and was extremely attentive to our table. It was our guests first time experiencing Vidalia. They were all amazed how good the menu was and the excellent flavors and choices. We enjoyed the great stuffed Onion, stuffed mushrooms and the Calamari. We also order a pasta course which included the Cannelloni, The rigatoni vodka, and the Cacio Pepe. All were excellent. Our entrees were over the top excellent. The Short Rib special with the mushroom risotto was delightful. Our guests enjoyed the evening so much they purchased gift cards for their friends and family! Vidalia as an excellent restuarant!!! Thank you, Emma, for your great Service!

We’ve been coming here for years for many reasons-the food selections are always interesting and delicious, the service is on par with any fine dining establishment and the ambience is perfect for friends and families. The prices have been kept reasonable and the fact that it is a BYOB is a big plus

The food was absolutely amazing. So delicious, prepared well, and presented with style. The service was equally as wonderful. Everyone made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and ambience at Vidalia were spectacular! We staff was so attentive. Our party of 8 had such a wonderful time. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. The special short rib over risotto was especially delicious! I am looking forward to returning.

Great food and great service. Ambiance is satisfactory with nice table settings, but you are in a tent like room with plexiglass windows.

We booked a table for 6 inside the original restaurant which is more quiet than the outside tented part. Since this was a 70th birthday celebration, it was very difficult for us to hear each other in a very noisy environment, the very reason we booked and wanted to sit inside. The food and service were as usual very good. But you need to stop charging extra for paying with a credit card. No premium restaurants do this. It it very annoying as we all should encourage the end of cash transactions rather than supporting them.
