New York meets Mexico at Vida Verde. Our own exploration of well-loved Mexican fare married with New York’s casual and metropolitan approach to food and drinks.

Vida Verde is a tri-level space, a color bomb of food, drinks and the occasional graffiti wall mural, boasting a ‘Margarita Market’ on its rooftop patio space.

The rooftop Patio is open 7 days a week (weather permitting) starting at 4pm, it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE and not reservable.

Vida's Boozy Brunchacha every Saturday & Sunday from 12pm-4pm, boasts a wild experience, with DJ's, Dancing, Debauchery and much more! You get 90 minutes of bottomless for $30 in addition to the price of your entree.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

Amazing food and service! The drinks were very strong but great! I came with a party of 10 and everyone was happy with the food, drinks and ambience. We came on a Tuesday and they had taco specials; my party got a bit of everything and everyone was satisfied with the tacos they ordered. Will definitely come back!

I like this place. The decor is very cool and the food is quite good, actually. Great specials every day and fantastic tequila cocktails. BUT... the server on the rooftop had an attitude and the host seemed a little out of it. The service for dinner was much better but these other encounters had already soured us. Also, the rooftop is two flights up. I have severe arthritis in both of my knees and I knew this place had an elevator from previous visits. Apparently the elevator has been out of service for 2-3 months according the host. This is beyond annoying and simply irresponsible and prohibitive. I'm glad I wasn't in a wheelchair or so severely disabled that I could not get up the stairs. Ridiculous. This was previously a favorite spot to take people at the last minute when I am in the area, which is frquently, or to recommend friends who were planning to see a show. I want to say that I would recommend this place to a friend but I'm not even sure that I will go back after this last visit.

My second time dining here with coworkers. Have only come on Taco Tuesdays and nice deals. Most of the meat tacos are my fav. Fish tacos have been a little less appealing. Overall fun vibe and good service.

My overall experience was really good! Met up with a few girlfriends and we had a great time. We arrived early for our reservation and requested to be seated if at all possible and they were very accommodating! The waitress was great and the decor was super cute. I can't comment on how good the drinks were because I had a beer & a shot. The food was pretty average. Never the less I would recommend it to certain friends since we had a very time.

Very fun atmosphere for those who are looking for a good time. Younger crowd, loud music, great for a Friday night out. Loved the experience! Very strong drinks. Food was ok, expensive for portions but not bad. Going to rooftop after dinner was really nice, there’s also a bar on the rooftop. It was crowded but nothing you wouldn’t expect in nyc on a Friday night. Still a very pleasant crowd & experience. Really enjoyed my 21st birthday here

I love this place, it was very loud though. The tacos were perfection of course and the churros were the best I have ever had.

Wayyyyy too loud. As a restaurant, music amplitude should support the food experience not overwhelm it. Food just good; so many Mex restaurants to choose from, many with more interesting fare. Kudos on the fresh quac. My initial server was sullen at the end of his shift. His replacement offered a vastly enhanced notion of contentment. I would return for the mezcal Bloody Mary with a side of guac but not with someone with whom I wished to converse.
