Welcome to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.

Victory Restaurant & Lounge was born out of an idea to create a place where people could enjoy 5-Star meals in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Rico, a decorated businessman, had visions of opening an elite restaurant with an ambiance Houston has never seen before.

Our menu consists of elevated comfort foods that will leave you wanting more. Our restaurant is designed with indoor and outdoor seating that includes large booths, perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We look forward to serving you.

The waitresses/bottle girls up charge and don’t show what you paid for , my total should’ve been bout 150-180 instead it was 279 plus a tip , but that mf was good food and drinks

The aesthetics of the lounge are amazing as well as the vibe. The DJ did an amazing job keeping me off my phone and being engaged with the music. However, our server was the worst I’ve ever had. I had to ask employees to find her twice. I believe her name was Taliyah. Two of my friends ordered lamb chops, and it wasn’t until the other half’s food was brought out did she tell us that the kitchen had run out of lamb chops. Instead of telling us immediately upon knowing. She didn’t come to check on us once. I would recommend Victory but not this server.

I noticed my bill was higher than expected. The waitress should let customers know gratuity is included in the bill , the customers double tip unknowingly., other than that everything was great!

We went for dinner with a reservation set on open table. We were past the grace period upon arrival but the host was still very accommodating. The food was amazing. I had the salmon. Presentation and ambience was great. Service was great and fast. The only call out would be music volume but I was a really good R&B mix.

Wanted to try the braised oxtails, but was told by the waitress that they were only doing brunch options. I had the “Do Too Much” strawberry lemonade w/ Duesse which was good! I ended up getting the barnyard delicacy with potatoes, eggs, and what looked like steak tips. Potatoes were salty which caused the rest of the dish to become salty. Overall food was blah, but the drinks, hookah and ambiance was A-1. I would come back.

I celebrated my birthday dinner here with my girls. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. My only complaint would be the hookah service and customer service. The waiter was sort of rude and took forever. Overall, my experience was good and me and my friends were satisfied.

The place is 10/10 Best Greens Best Brussel sprouts Best salmon BIG CHUNKS OF CRAB MEATS Oxtails is 10/10 Lamb chops 10/10 Egg rolls I’m going back again in the same weekend
