Welcome to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.

Victory Restaurant & Lounge was born out of an idea to create a place where people could enjoy 5-Star meals in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Rico, a decorated businessman, had visions of opening an elite restaurant with an ambiance Houston has never seen before.

Our menu consists of elevated comfort foods that will leave you wanting more. Our restaurant is designed with indoor and outdoor seating that includes large booths, perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We look forward to serving you.

Nice place, good music just too loud to hear your table convo. BUT THE FOOD was 10/10. I had the Braised Oxtail, mash and brussel sprouts. Very nice portion!! The BEST oxtail meal i’ve had in my 30 yrs of living lol highly recommend & for just $38! will be visiting again!

Our waitress Amanda was very attentive. Enjoyed the music and the live DJ. The only thing with music it could be a "little...just little lower" cus it was sometimes to hear each other or the waitress

The food is always a hit. Never disappoints. The day shift waiters are always polite but those night shift waitresses are rude as hell!!!!!! It’s really unfortunate to have to experience so many women with nasty attitudes. Then there is an automatic 20% tip added and they deserve DUST! i normally don’t even write bad reviews and I am at victory ALL the time but last night was the last straw! FIRE and hire better people asap

You will never go wrong with anything off of the food menu. Lamb chops, mamba wings, and lobster fried rice are always my go to. Hookah flavor angel lips is by far the best in the city. As far as service— MESHA is chefs kiss!!!! So attentive, very friendly and accommodating! She definitely provided the type of service I expect when you are adding an automatic 20% tip to my tab. If I can’t have her I don’t want to dine lol. Great great great personality!

Experience was wonderful overall n the manger was very nice with great customer service n accommodating to my party. We will definitely return!!!

Made reservations for a party of 6 and they sat us upstairs at a ducked off area upstairs. We reserved downstairs and there was a table of 6 downstairs waiting right in front of us. but the host sat us upstairs in a ducked off closed area. The host said that the waitress randomly reserved the 6 seats for her friends. So they honor random reserved seats over “Open Table”. I still tipped 40% because it wasn’t our waitress fault and she was cool. Overall as a business, trash operation for people reserving thru apps like Open Table.

The lamb chops were okay. I ordered them medium and they came well done. The Mac and cheese was outstanding!! My partner had the salmon and rice and she loved it as well. My whole party enjoyed their food and drinks. We had a time!

Oh my gosh, the food was amazing. Everything was fresh bought out in a timely matter. You have to go to enjoy the experience. I’m from Philadelphia and the food was amazing here in Houston. I will come back definitely👍🏾👍🏾
