Where do I begin? The ambiance was magnificent. The food was beyond our expectations. The atmosphere was beautiful, comfortable, warm, and friendly. This restaurant had a chic modern vibe. When you walk in, you see the bar first, which is beautifully designed and set in the right spot. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of tables and not overcrowded! When we walked in the door, we were greeted by friendly staff. Victoria's Tratta Italiano is arguably one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to in a very long time. The menu was not overwhelming in the least and gave some great options to choose from. My friend and I enjoyed our dinner to the max! Our meals were cooked and prepared to perfection. We started with a fresh garden salad with raspberry vinaigrette. The bread was soft and crusty in the right places topped with garlic and parmesan cheese. We had Penne Vodka with Pink Sauce and added Shrimp. The penne was al dente and the shrimp was grilled beautifully! One other thing that deserves mentioning is the bathrooms. The bathrooms are individual allowing for complete privacy. They were clean and the hand towels were thick, strong, and durable. Our server, Rachel P, was fabulous. She ensured we had everything we needed and was very attentive to us. All in all, I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10, and I will be returning!

We ordered salad prior to the meal, they forgot it so we told the waiter. We canceled it since it was supposed to be the appetizer, but he then brings out 1 salad completely forgetting that I ordered 1 as well, so I said just cancel it again. My girlfriend ordered soup which was tasteless and had nothing in it. It was basically flavorless hot water and had to be sent back. The service was bad, we waited 15 minutes for someone to greet us and bring water, even though the place was empty. Waited 35 minutes for food. They offered us a free dessert to make up for the lousy meal but we declined, it would’ve been nice if they knocked some money off of the bill instead. Terrible experience, will never go back and recommend you don’t. There are other restaurants near by.

There were good things and average symptoms of this place. We went to this establishment in conjunction with the comedy club next door and if this was not the case would not have tried the restaurant. (Own by the same people.) When we go to the comedy club again, we would go back to the restaurant, but the restaurant does not warrant a separate visit. We live forty miles away and there are better restaurants between our house and there. The food was pretty good but not outstanding. The server was pretty good but not one of the best we ever had. We knew what we wanted ordered all at one time and the main course came out a few minutes after our appetizer. (very irritating and a common occurrence at restaurants that do not train properly) Her gelato was good, mine was not as good. If you have reason to be in the area a good place to try and make your own judgement. The staff appeared to be sincere just more training needed if you want to be on a higher level.

Staff was nice, but food was absolutely terrible and gnats were flying around our table the entire dinner.

We were a group of 4 each of whom ordered a different dish. We were all extremely well pleased with our dishes. Our server was outstanding. And, the courtesy limoncello was a very special touch. We will definitely return for dinner again.

This was out first time visiting since the new owner took over. There are definite changes but the food is still delicious. We went for the restaurant week menu but other patrons pointed out that we could have the same dishes off the regular menu a bit cheaper …and lesser giant portions. We still went home with a full bag. We had a lovely reasonably Chianti to wash down the food. I have to mention the rolls…superb!! Very good service as well.
