Looking out over Quadra Park and just a few steps from the inner harbor, Victoria Harbour House in Victoria, British Columbia is a wonderful place to bring family or friends. With a regular dining room, as well as private dining options, it is a fine dining experience not to be missed. Starters on the menu at Victoria Harbour House include plenty of fresh seafood and unique dishes like escargots bourguignon, carpaccio and an array of wonderful soups, bisques and salads. Main courses emphasize seafood, but there are also delectable grilled meats. Pasta dishes at Victoria Harbour House include meat and seafood choices and the milopita for dessert is an absolute essential.

Lobster and steak sandwich board caught our eyes to decide to dine at Harbour House. Been a few years since we moved away but always remembered the dining experience of attentive service and well prepared meals. It has not changed and our server James was very knowledgeable about the wine list and very friendly. Really enjoyed my Caesar salad, fresh and crispy, lobster tail and 6oz steak, lemon cheesecake with blue compote. Highly recommend it.

This was our 40th wedding anniversary dinner. It was a cold winter night but very cozy in the restaurant. There were a few other tables including ours and one waiter working but he did a fabulous job keeping up and giving the right amount of attention. We enjoyed talking to this seasoned hospitality professional. Our meals were outstanding and came surprisingly quick. This was actually our second time back, we enjoyed both visits. Harbour House Restaurant has an old fashioned classy atmosphere and charm. Look forward to a return visit.

We have lived up the street for seven years and this was our first time here. I wish we hadn't waited so long but we cannot wait to go back. The food was to DIE for. Salmon wellington melted in my mouth, likewise with my husband's steak. Service from the time we arrived to the time we left, no matter who was attending to us, was absolutely superb. First class experience.

thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were celebrating mum/s 94th birthday. Bob was very friendly and gave excellent service

I chose the New York steak and lobster, both delicious and excellently prepared. The restaurant has old charm with parquet floors and decor that tokes you back to the 60's. The ambience was quiet, relaxing and romantic and tables covered with white real white table cloths and napkins. The properly trained staff wore uniforms and gave excellent and friendly service that is so hard to find these days.

Harbour House never disappoints with consistently excellent food and unparalleled service. The table side Caesar is an experience in itself - thank you, James. Can’t wait to go back!

We just came in for a small meal and thoroughly enjoyed the fish chowder and cheese bread. James our waiter was friendly and engaging. It was a nice evening and a great first experience at The Harbour House.
