From 7:30pm we will be offering a $175 set menu that will include a welcome bubbly. Please check our website for menu offering. Hi, I have been a loyal patron of The Victor for many years, but I must say that the service during my recent visit was deeply disappointing. We were served by Sol K., who unfortunately did not deliver the level of service we’ve come to expect. The experience started with long delays—my lychee martini took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, and the food took close to an hour. This was especially frustrating as we were a party of seven celebrating an end-of-year meal we had been looking forward to. When our filet and striploin dishes arrived, they included a sautéed onion mixture that we didn’t recognize. When we inquired about it with a different server, she informed us that she didn’t know and would need to ask Sol. This lack of knowledge about the menu was shocking, especially at a restaurant of your caliber, where we expect staff to be well-versed in the dishes being served. Finally, the billing process was unnecessarily complicated. We had informed Sol that three of us would be splitting the bill, but this led to a series of back-and-forths that left us frustrated. For a fine dining experience, such confusion and inefficiency are unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, which is incredibly disappointing given your restaurant’s stellar reputation. Our bill number was CHK 6948, and Sol K.’s ID was 1130525.

We got are food before are drinks , for this kind of restaurant how can you forget , they forget was a birthday celebration .. Plus I wait for at least 30 min for one of the dishes that I order what a bad experience the worst ever was my sister birthday she came for the holidays and her birthday canelloni the worst in the city , the sea food was amazing , but the service 0 of 10 We order a lot of food but how they can forget are drinks and one dish , and her birthday I can't believed I don't think I ever come back they don't even apologize for the waiting terrible terrible service

Had to wait a long time for our food order. Service was great just slow. I would have expected at least to comp us dessert or coffee with the amount of time we had to wait for our food.

The food took too long to arrive. One of the prime rib dish we ordered didn’t come with paired sauce. We asked for the sauce and it didn’t come in the end. The server was in a rush it almost felt like we are eating in fast food restaurant.

Brought our kids here for the first time on Christmas Eve, they loved it! Our server was so nice, food was amazing and the wait was not long.

2nd time this month for dinner at the Victor. Was a guest the first time, decided to bring my family for the second. Food was okay for both times, not spectacular but good. Medium rare steak was a little on the medium well side. Great service for both; we had the pleasure of having Eugene attend to us both time. The guy with what I thought was a down under accent, not so much. Family couldn’t understand what he was saying, found him rude and condescending when asked to repeat himself. Will be back for special occasions, but we’re hoping we get Eugene again.
