Located in the heart of Rockville Centre, Viaggio Tapas is serving up fresh, delicious tapas, customized cocktails, and local & imported wines that will have you coming back for seconds! They offer a variety of tapas dishes for sharing with friends, family, or that special someone, including lobster croquettes, spicy shrimp, mouthwatering lamb meatballs, a variety of cheeses and cured meat, and much more! Join us Sunday's from 12pm-4pm for our special Brunch Menu!
During the Summer we are available to host private events on Saturdays from 12pm-5pm.

The owner and staff were very attentive and aproachable. Loved the server recommendations. The food was delicious and presentation was pretty good. The decoration was very welcoming and representative of a local restaurant in Italy with various American elements. I told the owner that the music was distracting as it was American upbeat music instead of traditional or even modern Italian music or sounds, but he said he wanted to play music appealing to all crowds. I looked around and there were mostly couples trying to have conversations, not looking to dance. When I think of an Italian Restaurant in the USA I’d like to be transported to Napoli or Tuscany and feel the romance, the friendship and the love. As I mentioned most people at the restaurant were couples with the exception of a table with 6-7 young adult and adult ladies. They were gone by the time I commented to the owner about the music. I wished he had listened to me and played something more calming. As I said the music and decorations were disconnected. When I chose a restaurant I want to have the full experience, great food/service, culinary artistry and ambiance. Overall I would give a 4 out of 5 based on similar restaurants I’ve visited in the past. I wish this serves as constructive advise, I know how hard is being a new entrepreneur in the restaurant industry!

The service was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked in, and the food was not good except for the chicken parm pizza. It takes a lot for me to leave a review like this, because I try to be a positive person; however, it was a bad enough experience to say something in order to worn others. I was very disappointed.

I had a reservation for Viaggio for a Saturday evening. A day before I received the standard confirm your reservation, which I did. When we arrived the restaurant was closed. There was no voicemail left to notify us or cancellation through open table. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
