Via Emilia 9 in Miami Beach, Florida is the first of its kind in this city. A regional Italian restaurant, Via Emilia 9 only serves menu items that have actually been imported from Italy (flour, eggs, fruits and vegetables being the only exceptions for good reason). The pasta here is made fresh daily from these Italian ingredients. You can even partake in truffle tastings to help better inform your palette.

While there are a number of great entr�es to choose from at Via Emilia 9, the stewed veal cooked in milk definitely stands out. The veal with cooked ham and cheese is another favorite.

Very quiet for a Friday night, but it is low season. Given the very light crowd, service was notably slow. But the food was as good as always.

Very Cute indoor dinning, service was very good, but a little hard to hear due to noise levels. Food was very delicious but not worth the price point. Overall good experience.

Che dire, tutto perfetto. Normalmente non andiamo nei ristoranti Italiani all'estero, ma essendo Emiliani ci ha incuriosito il nome e guardando il menù e leggendo un po di recensioni, dopo 10 giorni di bistecche, sentivamo il desiderio di mangiare come a casa ed è stato esattamente quello che abbiamo provato. Cucina Emiliano-Romagnola eseguita alla perfezione, la pasta fatta in casa squisita come anche gli antipasti. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare tutti i piatti ma non mancheremo di ritornare la prossima volta che saremo a Miami. Complimenti allo Chef e ai ragazzi in sala, gentili e molto professionali. 10 e Lode ad un ristorante che tiene alto il nome e la fama della nostra cucina regionale.

Truly authentic Italian cuisine led by an Italian chef/owner. Everything is delicious - from salads to pastas to meat. Great team who really care. All Italian wine list.
