A great experience! Don’t remember the two gentlemen that were working behind the bars names, but they were very friendly, informative, and made the experience so much better.

We had to wait about 15 min to be seated even though we had a reservation. Took about 15 minutes for our waiter to take our drink orders. Another 15 minutes or so for them to arrive and not all of the drinks came at once. Some came about 10 minutes later. We ordered a 2nd round of drinks which took about another 20 minutes. Someone in our group ordered the Valentines Dinner and the steak was not cooked as she requested. Someone ordered a side of fries and they were borderline cold. Someone ordered a 3rd drink but it never came. The waiter had a few errors and the bill that we had to go over with him on but he fixed it. We have been here before and everything was smooth and prompt so not sure if it was just an off night

This place is so aesthetically pleasing. I love the lighting, decor, and paintings. The staff was so nice and were very excited for us to enjoy our first time there. The way you enter this place is so very cool. The cocktails were really delicious and priced where you would expect it to be. I look forward to returning and trying more of their rotating drinks.

Such a great experience at Veuve Noire! The bartenders were amazing and very friendly. The atmosphere and decorations were really cool. It was a plus that they had great music playing at a good volume also. So it wasn’t too quiet and you didn’t feel like you couldn’t enjoy yourself. We got to try a couple different drinks and sitting at the bar made it even better. The bartenders talked to us about the drinks and the ingredients. Overall highly recommended to stop by and check this spot out. The drink prices were not bad at all either!

Disappointment once again. I thought I'd try my luck again and give this place another chance after two other disappointing experiences. Unfortunately, same outcome. I made a reservation for a business dinner/drinks night and experienced one bad thing after another. Night started by arriving 20 mins before our reservation. We were told to hang out until it was closer to our 7pm reservation and that we would be called. Decided to have a cocktail at the bar while we waited. 7pm came around and nothing. I approached the hostess and was told they were ready. As we were walking to the back entrance, we were told "no outside drinks". We were all puzzled because our drink (1) was from their bar. They told us there are strict rules and not outside drinks allowed, even theirs. One of our VIP guests had to stay outside and finish their drinks before being allowed in. We were seated at a table and told the menu was on the QR code card. Water came out fairly quick but the waiter disappeared after that. After 10 mins later, I asked for help. We place our drink orders. After another 15 mins, I again had to ask for help with ordering food. When placing our food order, we were told it was apps and a few small dishes only. Why in the heck does the QR code menu bring up the "State" full menu if it's not available? Crazy! Thankfully the food came out fairly quick because as we finished, we were told our time in the room was up. You get 2 hours. No ands, if or buts. I've given this place three opportunities and they disappointed every time. I strongly suggest finding another place. You can get an overpriced cocktail just about anywhere. Don't waste your time, patience and money. The management team here really needs to take a step back and re-evaluate what they're doing and the customer experience. So much potential being wasted.

Cozy speakeasy. Great bartenders and staff. They have specialty drinks on menu but can also make cocktails of your desire.
