Vetri Cucina is offering two prix fixe menus: Our classic tasting menu is a 4 course menu with choices at $165pp (*$175 for the month of December) The seasonal Forchetta menu is a 6 course chef selected menu at $215pp (*$225 for the month of December) Two wine pairing options: $95 and $150 are available. Corkage Policy: Vetri Cucina does NOT allow any outside bottles. Simple yet elegant, the thoughtful meal is inspired by both classic Italian recipes and our extensive culinary research. Each guest is welcomed with a complimentary Spritz or glass of Prosecco. While you enjoy, a server presents the evening’s menu and wine options, allowing you to select your courses from the menu. Reservation for parties of 1 to 6

We will be serving our classic tasting menu at $225 pp and our seasonal Forcehtta tasting menu at $275 pp. These menus will have special, upgraded offerings to make the last day of 2024 a night to remember. Think along the lines of caviar, premium seafood and more. Our sommelier will have an incredible selection of bubbles to select from, as well as wine pairing offerings to accompany the menus- with of course a midnight toast! We look forward to creating a memorable experience from start to finish for you and your guests. Happy New Year!

Our second dining experience, for four this time, at Vetri Cucina proved as high-level and rewarding as our first visit for two a few months ago. Attention to every detail is recognized and demonstrated by every associate and server. From the moment we were greeted warmly and the entrance door was opened for us, to the excellent and noticeable coordination of every staff member dedicated to ensuring our optimum dining experience, we enjoyed every explanation and every taste of each course and each paired wine. Most sincere kudos and highest recommendations from our group of four.

Beautiful home to eat in. Very elegant and the service was outstanding. We had the 4 course tasting menu, and everything we had was outstanding and unique. For the antipasto, we had the pepper glazed pork rib and the sweet onion crepe. The pork was so tender and flavorful, and the sweet onion crepe was something different and unique but lots of taste. The lobster bisque pasta was very good, and the classic split pasta was great as you got two very different pastas, and both were outstanding. I got the dry aged duck, and it was probably the best duck dish I have ever had. My wife had the pork wellington, oh so good. Don't miss the baked chocolate custard. The name is misleading as it is like eating the middle of the best chocolate souffle mixed with hot brownie. Definitely a place to go for special night out or just a great food experience.

Vetri Cucina is a dining experience like no other. Every piece of food is beautifully prepared and paired in the most innovative ways. Each course is better than the next. The service is impeccable and the perfect level of care without being pretentious. Every member of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful and it’s obvious they enjoy being there and love the food they are serving. Even the dishes and glasses are beautiful yet understated. Cucina is our go to special restaurant for special events in our lives.

Our dining experience at Vetri was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, allowing us to truly savor each dish. But the highlight of the night? Meeting Marc Vetri himself during dinner. His warmth and passion for food elevated our experience even further, making us feel like part of something special. In a word, our experience can be summed up as… WOW! The combination of exquisite cuisine, exceptional service, and a personal touch from a culinary legend made for a night we won’t soon forget. Highly recommend!

My husband and I finally made it to Vetri for our anniversary, and it exceeded our expectations, which were pretty high. We had the classic menu and wine pairing, and every bite and sip was extraordinary. Our server was very helpful without being pretentious and made us feel welcome and comfortable, while the wine steward gave us a thorough rundown about the provenance and characteristics of each wine we sampled. We can’t wait to go back!
