Ive been to the verse ever since they opened..id say 18 times... LOVE IT ALL..most of all the food the jazzers and people come in so dressed up..

My husband and I had the LOVELIEST anniversary dinner. The music was wonderful and the food was great too. Do NOT SKIP the Hokkaido Milk buns. They’re delicious!

If you’re looking for something different taste wise but still familiar, this is the place. Great venue and service as well. Would recommend this to anyone going to LA.

Incredible venue and fantastic food. The live music was great and the wine list extensive. The sommelier is top notch. Can’t wait to come back again!

Considering Verse's location, it is a hell of a find. Great vibe, service, and excellent design (particularly considering that they are recording live music) make a big difference. It could be romantic, a friend's night out, or a well-prepared meal. It has all of that going for it. The Latin notes to the food were excellent, including raw bar items. We mostly stuck with seafood, but the filet was quite good. Happily, the carrot side was excellent and savory. It was not what I expected, but we loved it. The sorbet dessert was spot on. Yes, it's expensive. I found it worth it, and if my looking around the room meant anything, so did almost everyone else. We will be back.
