Ocho Unveiled : Experience an unforgettable evening where culinary artistry meets exceptional tequila. Embark on a gourmet journey, experiencing how different tequila vintages enhance and elevate the taste of seafood. Begin with a welcome reception featuring several of Tequila Ocho’s rare vintages from their vault, setting the stage for an evening of flavor exploration. Throughout the multi-course menu, each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a distinct Tequila Ocho specialty cocktail handcrafted by Lead Bartender, Jon Bamonte, showcasing the versatility and depth of tequila. This event is designed for both tequila enthusiasts and seafood lovers, promising a unique and enlightening experience for all attendees!

A fresh take on holiday traditions, Vernick Fish will be hosting a "Feast of the Seven Fishes" inspired prix-fixe menu on December 23rd and 24th. Created by Chef's Greg Vernick and David Paterniti, a five course menu will be served family-style and will feature highlights such as live scallop crudo with blood orange & grilled fresno chili, brandade croquette with ossetra caviar, and a whole roasted turbot with brown butter, salt baked celery root, & white truffle. Reservations can be cancelled up to seven days in advance. Cancellations under four days will incur a $75 charge per guest. Certain dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice only.
