                                                          My shrimp and pasta dish was drowned in a red, sloppy sauce. There was plenty of shrimp; the pasta was overcooked. My partner's dish was chicken saltambocca; it had too much sauce and cheese but not enough eggplant. The dish was served with a mass of mashed potatoes and soggy carrots and green beans...very overcooked., The bread was delicious and crunchy. The cannoli were filled freshly with a wonderful mixture of ricotta cheese and powdered sugar. The wait staff was lovely, but the food needed to be tweaked.

                                                          Not fine dining, certainly not fine food. Italian food satisfactory for patrons who are not Italian or who do not cook Italian. Food was on par with pizzerias. Pleasant dining room but food experience doesn’t match advertising, no need to return.

                                                          Nice little gem of a restaurant with a varied menu. Had the fried calamari and meatball appetizers then we had zuppa de pesche all tasty and nice size portion

                                                          my salmon was very dry! Overall the food was not so good. Service was excellent or waiter was on top of everything. One was at the front desk when we arrived and then noticed the waiter was doing it all.

                                                          It was our second time there and we were very pleased with the service and food. A nice selection on their menu. We will come again.

We had bread and olive oil with olives brought to us, and then shared the seafood salad and then had the Short Ribs and Veal Saltimboca. Prices were very reasonable. Servings were large...we took home some of the seafood salad and Veal. There were only 5 tables with diners on a Thursday at 7pm, but all were properly attended by one person acting as waitstaff for all. Absolutely no problems. It would have been nice if there were more people eating there, but we'll help fix that by coming with friends next time

                                                          First time dining at Verde. Waiter/Servers were attentive and friendly. Food was uber delicious! Shrimp Parm was perfect! Veal dish was tender. Noise level was loud although there were 2 large groups dining. The restaurant has sound panels on the walls but they seem ineffective. Would definitely recommend based on menu.
