The food was great. We had bread and olive oil with olives brought to us, and then shared the seafood salad and then had the Short Ribs and Veal Saltimboca. Prices were very reasonable. Servings were large...we took home some of the seafood salad and Veal. There were only 5 tables with diners on a Thursday at 7pm, but all were properly attended by one person acting as waitstaff for all. Absolutely no problems. It would have been nice if there were more people eating there, but we'll help fix that by coming with friends next time

First time dining at Verde. Waiter/Servers were attentive and friendly. Food was uber delicious! Shrimp Parm was perfect! Veal dish was tender. Noise level was loud although there were 2 large groups dining. The restaurant has sound panels on the walls but they seem ineffective. Would definitely recommend based on menu.

What started as a mediocre meal with one waiter trying to serve at least a dozen tables, ended up with remarkable customer service from the owner/manager. My daughter’s order of Bronzino just didn’t taste right to her, and being a fish lover, I tasted it, and agreed that it had a bad taste. The owner/manager manager asked if she wanted something else, and at that point, she said no. Not only did he take her meal off the tab, but he also extended to her a $50 gift certificate for a future visit, and when we ordered dessert to go, he bagged that for us without adding it to our tab . What could’ve been a restaurant that was taken off our list for future visits, became a restaurant that we will be happy to return to, and suggest as a place to go for other people. Mediocre food can happen anywhere, but you don’t always get the kind of treatment and service that we got from this particular restaurant after we alerted them about the food not tasting right. In my opinion, good food does not make up for bad service. But wonderful service can make up for food that is not up to par on a particular evening.
