See the previous comments, now our fourth & fifth 6oz Filets delivered to our table cut open and delivered as such to our table. Is this the unprofessional Chef or Sous Chef making this decision for us and our guests. Frankly embarrassing and wondering why. Lack of confidence that the filet is not cooked properly? Service was just great! We don’t mind paying $4.00 for a can of Coke, but how about letting us determine when I want to open the cans!

All was very good. Thank you. We will return tomorrow. Except that we are disturbed by receiving the $42 Medium Filet already cut in half. Best I am aware, a steak should be allowed to rest with the Dining Patron. We’ve now had three cut in half. The last two the two halves on the plate did not match the same cooked level, and of course warm, not hot. Disappointing. Our next review will reflect same level of disappointment!
