    Veranda 's atmosphere and service were outstanding. Our table of six throughly enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent. Veranda has a very good happy hour. We highly recommend Veranda.

    A favorite dinner spot near Crocker Park. We were seated upstairs, which was perfect for us as it was quieter than the main floor. Beautiful Christmas decorations! Exceptional service and delicious food. We look forward to returning on our next visit to the Cleveland area.

    We had a party of 6. It was nice to be seated in an area that tables weren’t packed in with plenty of room around table. Drinks were served promptly. We ordered one appetizer that tasted and was presented ok. Our server told us she had other tables and we had to wait for 2nd drink orders. Menu was not up to date. We waited over an hour for our dinner orders to be taken. Server was openly rude and spoke horribly to us - repeatedly. We informed her we were leaving without ordering dinner and she actually threw the bill on our table. On our way out, I spoke with manager again. At one point, she had come over to the table and, in a not so friendly way, reason that the server was doing fine.She gave us a gift certificate to cover most of the bill - we’ll pass it along and won’t go back.

    Shared the Ceviche which was phenomenal. Presentation and taste exquiste. Each dish at our table was delicious and presented perfectly! Will definitely be returning!

    Always a great time and wonderful experience . My favorite is the chicken picatta but lots of great choices. The outside patio is so cozy as well

    This is a mixed review, but in a good way. When we arrived, we were seated in the upper dining room. To me, it was cold and impersonal, not very inviting. We asked to sit in the bar area and we're reseated there. The area was warm, friendly and comfortable. Our waitress ( I forgot her name) was top tier and informative. My wife had the Veal Osso Buco, and I had the Seafood Pasta. Both were excellent. We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary so for a finisher we got the cheesecake AWSOME

    Slightly disappointed. Food was average - crab cake app was good, cod was absolutely terrible, and desserts were great. Bemusingly tried to seat us as a party of 8 at a small round table that seats 5, 6 with a squeeze, although they accommodated a move with a mild bit of faffing about. Service was pleasant and timely beyond that.
