Returned to Venezia after a great experience in July but infortunately while food was still good and the staff was terrific, I found that the food was not as good as in July. Had ossobucco which was extremely tender but it did not seem to be seasoned and risotto was very salty. Will return though in the summer.

Food was incredible all around. Seven of us ordered different entrees and everyone enjoyed what they got. Service was good, especially for how busy it was. Amazing value

We made a reservation on Saturday of labor Day weekend, we arrived our table was ready, our waiter Milo came right over explained the menu and the specials. he provided us with excellent service and dinner was fantastic!

We dined at Venizia twice last year because the food was delicious and we had a stellar dining experience (we saw our wonderful server from last year and wish we were sat at his table because I probably wouldn’t be writing this review right now). We went back again this year and while the food was still delicious, our server was incredibly rude. Some highlights of our dining experience included: (1) our server huffing and rolling her eyes and belittling me when I asked for no chicken on my fettuccine alfredo (the menu said “no substitutions)”. The menu did not say “no exclusions.” It would have been different if I asked for something in lieu of chicken - I did not. And quite frankly, I was okay with paying almost $30 for a pasta dish without a protein. Our server then thought it was a good idea to be passive aggressive when she put down my meal in front of me and said “here is your fettuccine Alfredo without chicken.” It was unnecessary as the menu item was fettuccine alfredo - there was no need for her to go the extra step; (2) Throughout the rest of our meal, our server came around a few times and would ask if we needed anything as she was literally not looking at us nor waiting for a response and would keep going the other direction; (3) We should have gotten the hint and left and had dessert elsewhere, but the kids wanted dessert and we still had wine to enjoy. The dessert came to our table and within seconds the check ends up at the table and less than a minute later she is ready to take payment and showed a very expressive face when I didn’t stop one bite into our dessert to reach into my wallet to get my card out. Maybe our server was having a bad day - maybe she treated us poorly because we had kids with us - or maybe I ticked her off because I didn’t want chicken on my plate. Regardless of the great food, our server left a bad taste and we will not be back.
