Same great staff, food and open kitchen with a new modern vibe. Featuring Appetizers, Salads, Pizza, Pasta, Chicken Dishes, and Nightly Features including homemade Desserts.     The restaurant was uncomfortably hot. We were seated at a table next to the wall , away from the door, and near the bar. There was not any air circulation. When I went to the restroom, it was 10 degrees cooler away from that location . As always, the food was great but beware of your table location on a day the temperatures are in the 80s. This is my favorite downtown restaurant but I will wait until Fall to return. Lastly, buy a fan if your air conditioning is not up to the task.

    Thank you for your response. No need to wait until Fall to come back we are working on fixing our AC. Unfortunately it was not working on the hottest day of the year. Hope to see you soon!

    We visited Rochester for 2 days this past weekend (for the first time) and discovered Veneto our first evening there. Even though the AC was having problems, the food and service were so good we decided to return for dinner our second night in Rochester as well. We enjoyed the pizza we had there so much, we purchased 2 jars of their pizza sauce to bring home with us. The AC was working during our second visit. Keep up the great work Veneto!

    We enjoyed a simple meal of salad and pizza in between acts at the Jazz festival. Service was good, food was good. The restaurant was full and busy and pretty noisy but we enjoyed our visit.

    Glad Veneto's recovered from the Fire. The place looked Fresh. Always great food. I see they're building a party room with bar out back. Great.
