I love this restaurant. In fact, it is my favorite Italian restaurant in Utah. Second is Valter's. It rates a very strong 4* in just about every sense of the rating. Why do I like it? 1)It is clean, quiet and laid back, and provides a wonderful setting for a date night. This is the exact opposite of Valter's, which is high-end, polished and bustling. The wine list is spectacular, and is filled with choices of wonderful Italians from throughout the country. Just about every region (other than maybe Sardinia) is well represented. The sommelier, if you seek advice, is very knowledgeable with low pressure personality. The same can be said of the entire "customer service" experience, which is probably the best throughout the State. We felt at ease, at home, welcome and not bothered during our entire meal. The food, from amuse bouche to desert, is outstanding. To start, wee enjoyed eggplant parm., beef tartare, arugula salad and prociutto with burrata. For the second course, we enjoyed liver, homemade pastas (bolognese, and duck ragu) and risotto. Although magnificent tasting, the perfectly al dente pastas and risotto were served a bit cooler than expected. Of course, for desert, we ate tiramisu, which was excellent. This is truly an authentic Italian restaurant in both feel and procedure. Patrons have to love the no tipping policy. Even though the gratuity is certainly built into the price of the meal, the night was worth every penny. The restaurant offers excellent food, with attentive and professional service, and is a good value.

We initially went in mid-August, and I raved about the restaurant. We went again three weeks later. The experience was less compelling and charming the second time. The service was slow, and it was annoying to see the waitstaff standing around while we waited ten minutes for menus. The food was still very good (and expensive), but I no longer have any desire to return to Veneto.

The food and wine were excellent. The waitress and owner Marco were very kind friendly and attentive. It is a small restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating. I love to support small businesses and this restaurant was a true gem!

As always an amazing meal ! Sometimes you can’t get better and Veneto consistently delivers! We had a delicious meal including my favorites: radicchio salad and the out of this world Branzino!. Everything is simply done , the food and preparation only compliments. Can’t wait until next time!

First time visiting and it was GREAT. My wife and I will definitely be back! We had an excellent Barolo from the extensive wine list. The presentation was professional and impressive. Our meals and desserts were delicious and spot on Italian cuisine. Love this place.

What an extraordinary experience. The food was amazing and the owners only have one objective and that is total quality of food and experience for their guests. It is absolutely our new favorite restaurant in Utah.
