The service was poor - we never get offered any more hot water for our tea during the entire tea service. The allergy we noted on the reservation and advised each server about was forgotten three times. The food lacked any flavor. Very expensive for such a disappointment. We were ready to make this a several times a year tradition, instead we will continue our search for a good afternoon tea in the city.

We loved the Fairmont’s Nutcracker Brunch, a great experience all around. All those creatives who produced the brunch and table settings are to be highly commended. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, especially the host who seated us.

I treated my best friend and I to the Nutcracker Tea and it was an absolute delight. We both decided that it would be a yearly tradition from here on out. The food was delicious! My friend is allergic to gluten and the kitchen planned ahead and had a lovely tea all ready for her. The table was beautiful and the service was 10 stars. This is definitely a great way to start your Christmas festivities.

The flavours in each of the items on the tea tiers were so vivid & fresh. It was a pure bliss to enjoy! The festive music was a perfect background & the decorations made our Nutcracker Tea the best kickoff for the Christmas season!!

We had Rita as our server and she was excellent!! She was very helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. She answered all of our questions. The decorating for the Nutcracker was fantastic. Beautiful table settings. The selection of tea was superb. It would be nice if you sold a variety package of tea bags to purchase for ourselves or for Christmas gifts for others. They were delicious. And the food was all delicious. The table was nice and spacious as two guests had mobility issues. Thank you for accommodating us for that. We had a great time and will definitely get back. I went to Alice in Wonderland either my daughter in laws and really enjoyed that one as well. The only complaint was that the music was way too loud and ut was hard to hear our conversation at the table,. We Thank you for a Wonderful enjoyable time and we wish you a Wonderful holiday season. We had a lovely time, the food was delicious and the teas were wonderful. The table was decorated simply but beautifully. When I booked I was given a choice of having our tea in the lounge in the lobby or in the restaurant, and said the lounge is more festively decorated but the restaurant is cozier/quieter. We were really glad we chose the restaurant as the lounge had louder music, and was out in the lobby where people were walking by and it was busier. The restaurant was much better for tea!

We had a fantastic time at the nutcracker afternoon tea. Our server was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and brought a great energy to the experience. The selection of tea was great and all the food was delicious .
